The product itself seems to be rather accurate to the dimensions specified. The marketing however, is slightly misleading. The side by side comparison shows all three sizes to be comparable, but if you read the numbers, the largest size is almost twice as long as the smallest. I ordered the smallest since it appeared to be almost the same as the others. I am afraid to use the one I received as the material is so soft that I cannot trust the flared base to keep the toy from being completely inserted and causing an unplanned trip to the emergency room. Check the size carefully and don’t rely on the pictures alone
